Cabbage and salt into the bag

A simple neutral base. Shredded cabbage, measured salt. No flavouring required at this stage. That comes next.

Add the COMPOUND tincture

Drop the sachet into the bag with the cabbage. Turmeric and black pepper. Juniper and caraway. Or The Blend. The MCT oil carries the compounds directly into the ferment.

Seal and ferment together
